I truly enjoyed this entire course. Before taking Environmental Health, I was not aware of all the things we discussed in class such as the amount of toxins that we are exposed to on a daily bases. I also learned how air pollution affects cardiovascular system, which was astonishing. I think my favorite topic was when we discussed the lack of research when it comes to crushing medications for nurses. Before this class, I had not even thought about this issue as it is not discussed in our nursing program. I am excited to learn more about the finding of this study. I really enjoyed working with my group mates. I believe that we had great conversations. Everyone was very open minded and respectful, therefore, they discussions were great.
